Here’s a step-by-step look at the care and quality we put into every order, from the moment you schedule your pickup to the moment we deliver your fresh laundry.
It all starts with our easy online scheduling. You choose a pickup time that fits your life, select your preferred detergents, and leave us any special notes. On your scheduled day, simply place your laundry in your own bags and leave them in your designated spot. Our friendly driver will pick them up, and your laundry-free time officially begins!
Once your laundry arrives at our facility, the expert care starts. Our team meticulously sorts your clothes into whites and darks to protect colors. We check pockets for any forgotten items and prepare your garments for the perfect wash. If you've noted any items that need extra attention, we'll apply a pre-treatment soak using quality stain removers like Shout.
Your clothes are washed using your selected preference of high-quality products. We offer a premium scented detergent for a fresh fragrance, a hypoallergenic (free & clear) option for sensitive skin, and Tide for those who prefer it (available for a small upcharge). We also use fabric softeners and dryer sheets to ensure everything comes out soft and static-free.
After washing, your clothes are gently dried at the appropriate temperature. Then, our team expertly folds each item, from shirts and pants to towels and linens. We even take the time to match up your pairs of socks! If you've provided hangers, we will gladly hang items for you at no extra charge. If you need hangers, we can provide them for just $0.15 each.
Your perfectly folded or hung laundry is carefully packaged to keep it fresh and clean on its journey back to you. We deliver it right to your doorstep the very next day, ready to be put away.

We are happy to follow your special care instructions. Just leave a note in your online order, and we’ll take care of it.
In the rare event an item is lost or damaged during our process, our policy is to provide a credit of up to $25 per item, with a maximum limit of $250 per order.
For the health and safety of our staff and to protect all our customers' laundry, we cannot process items with bodily fluids. Such items will be returned unwashed.
